How will future transfer profits be generated?

Thanks Financebod, this is helpful for non-shareholders who dont get to see the accounts. It may be worthwhile re-posting part 1 from last night.

One question for you or the Board is how are we going to generate future transfer profits to bale out the £7M gap when the squad is only worth £3.5M. If we continue the need to sell, we will soon have a squad worth nothing. This suggests Bosman only policy from now onwards unless any of the youth team mature quickly for us to able to sell them for something.
