Still not seen enough of Strihavka (oo er)

Why not Crook? I take the point about ex-players and generally agree, but he's been reasonably successful where he's been, has seen a bit of the world (no bad thing), and could probably bring something new to the game. Can't be all bad.

He was also a much better player than Grant...
