Uninterestingly enough
Albanians use a "Q" instead of a "Tch" for example Milk is "Qumsht" pronounced "Tchumsht". I know this because I like Tchumsht in my Tea.
Noone apart from Albanians can ever learn Albanian as it is far too complicated, the alphabet has 36 letters which is not really going to help for a start. Lovely old Tschumsht.
