Summary of Peter Grant era..

Passionate bloke who tried his best.
Made a lot of mistakes due to lack of management experience.
Failed to gain the respect of all the players (although remember Hucks played out of his skin 2nd half of last season under Grant)
Ultimately out of his depth in the job now, but in time could well be a much better Manager for the experience.
Honest enough to virtually ask the board to sack him after the QPR game and deserves credit for doing so.
