How about Paul Ince?
Kept Macclesfield in the Football League on a shoestring when they were (I think) rooted well and truly to the bottom. Now at the top of league 1 with MK Dons and I believe they're the top scorers in the whole country! Plus plenty of experience playing at the top level (including world cups) and fits Delia's "Young and hungry" criteria. Surely affordable on League 1 wages? What do others think?
