Whilst i agree with the majority of your points

The Club is not in this position due to the fact it has spent significant amounts of money on "purchases of land." Most of the land was bought by the previous regime and if it wasn't for the exploitation of the opportunities that land has presented the situation would have be much worse!

Re other aspects such as non-football wage bill, bad choice of manager and the continued refusal to encourage outside investment I agree with what you say.
