So if Norwich were in with a shout of promotion and we were paying twice the wages we are you think we'd still need to double our council taxes so the City could spend millions changing the image of the city just so a few footballers would turn up and play?

What a load of cockwash.

Norwich is a superb destination for tourists, the city has a wonderdful mix of history and modernity, shops, leisure attractions and of course is close to the Broads and the coast.

The city has a great promotional campaign called Visit Norwich (go and see their site) and Norwich was recently nominated for a major European award, the only UK city to be nominated.

And you think we need to change the whole City's image?
