Although..

Norwich is indeed attractive to "the square mile boys", but this is mainly because the square mile is adjacent to Liverpool Street, which is where Norwich's rail line to London terminates (so if you commute from here to the square mile you don't need to use the tube at all). Unfortunately not many footballers are based in the square mile so that isn't a major consideration for them (and they'd rather drive their flash cars than use the train, so Norwich's crap road network becomes more of a negative factor for them)
