The concern for me is that

he seems to feel the need to tell us that it is a "big decision". Surely that is what he is paid for? Don't start f**king bleating to the fans about it just get on with it.

I gamble for fun occasionaly, I couldn't imagine having to make a living from it but I have met a couple of such people. Erm, good luck.
