Just comparing Grant and Worthy's starts here...
In less time, Worthy had cleared out all the dead wood and in his first full season led us to the play-off final. People talk about Grant being unlucky and Worthy was extremely lucky(Emblen getting injured which is a harsh but fair point, playing McVeigh as a left winger by accident) Id rather have a lucky manager to be honest, can't see us reaching play-offs this year!
