...PlusNet (www.plus.net) or Freedom2Surf (www.f2s.com). Have used both before and very reliable. For some of our work ADSL lines we use Clara (www.clara.net) and they are pretty good though their admin can be a bit s**te.
Obviously the quickest solution is to resolve the issue with Bulldog. Can't you speak to someone there and sort the issue? Can you not clear the debt if it's only a small amount.
