If we do as badly as last season, the fans are likely to turn against him, even if the board don't act - but if the football's decent, and we have some memorable games and moments this season, then the vast majority of sensible fans (ie. not Cluck, Smudger or Arthur Whittle off the Pink 'Un) will give him another chance to show what he can do.
