From what Jim Duffy said

looking to improve the defence, he thought the concentration levels and positioning of the back 4 last season was pretty bad. I think Ryan Shawcross will be coming from what I picked up last night.

They talked a lot about Darren Huckerby, saying what a great professional he is, other players look up to him, he does a lot of community work and is seen by our management as the most talented player in the division.

When asked for Peter Grant's weaknesses as a manager, it was basically said by Duffy and Gunny that he lacks expierence and gets very frustrated easily. He sounds like he's quite an angry man and tells everybody what he really thinks of them all the time.
