I'd say ?2m odd plus wages.

If we have got a budget of 2 mill then it should be all for transfer fees. The wages will be taken care of with the savings from players that have left. Players like helveg and jonson will have been on far higher wages than players we will bring in comfortably taking care of any incoming players wages.
