Ever had fresh pasta ? Totally different. Doesn't even

need much sauce. Strangely hard to find. In all my jollies to Italy and all the pasta I've had tere, I only found it once in a restaurant in Verona.

Oh, and there's one in Leiden which does it too but of course it's pricey over here.

And if your pasta is rubbery you're boiling it too long. Al dente, mate.
