NCFC's land development

Somebody on the Pink Un site has posted that the application(s) was approved.

I see the local Councils want their pound of flesh re the next phase of NCFC's land development.

Apart from the massive contribution of 30% of the new units to be developed for affordable housing.
The local councils want further financial contributions, e.g.,
£89.5k - re King St / Bracondale junction
£60k - re CCTV
£95.9k - residential contribution
£140k - re VMS signing (i think this relates to the
signs that show car park spaces around the city)
£44.5k - transport contribution - 330 units
£23.5k - transport contribution - re the hotel

To think the above only relates to application A1 !!!
