Loads of fruit, oodles of sugar, boil it up, add gelatine.

When you want to know if that's cooked yet, get a cold plate out of the fridge (if you don't keep plates in the fridge, put a plate in the fridge first) then drop a drop of the jam onto the cold plate and if that forms a skin, that's done, if it dunt that int.
