Well that's true to a certain extent

but for two things: firstly anyone who has any criticism of the contracts we have with players must lay it at Doncaster's feet - because he draws them up; secondly, unlike most of the rest of the board he is a paid employee so it's just as legitimate to criticise him as it is the other paid employees - eg players and manager.
