blame the board, Don't praise Doncaster praise the board. I would hope that the Board of Directors make collective decisions, If those decisions are right or wrong it's not Doncasters fault. I actually feel a bit sorry for him as the Directors hide behind him when it's all going s**t as soon as it's going well they appear out of the shadows & want to take the glory.
