There's nothing wrong with the system

and the problem isn't the players - the problem right now is Charlton and the ludicrous amount they are paying Varney - if I were Sharp or Eastwood I'd hang on to see if a deal like that dropped in my lap - one thing's for sure they won't have had an offer like that from us.
