Final Thought On Transfer Before Bed...

Do we really want to be spending $2m on one player?? What happens if he gets injured...we don't go up and then leave ourselfs with even bigger debt?

I'm not being a pacifist on this..I know Tomblander and I have argued this before about ambition, but I don't believe on spending the massive amounts on players, it just leaves that player on an artificial level . The fans awlays expect the world, as the player was so expensive and as we a re a 'selling club' that player is always expected to move on (I.e Ashton and Earnie is always being linked.)

Play Chris Martin (I know he is young, and not a 6'4 Iwan...plus he will go missing when Coldplay go on tour!) with Earnie, see what Chris Brown is like over a period of time.

I say don't bother with either Freddie or Sharp...spend a third of it on a few possible hidden gems lower in the leagues and get the team to play together as a unit. Not shove the club into a more perilous financial position.
