Anyone know if this shop still exists? My dad just emailed me a receipt he found of the pram he bought from there in June 1963 a few months before I was born. Awwwww. Anyone nearby, could you just nip out and check?

He also concluded with this hilarious argument: "What do you make of all this nonsense about global warming? The Government have pledged to almost elliminate the Carbon expelled to the atmosphere and that seems a bit strange because all living things use oxygen for energy and expell CO2 to the atmosphere - how are they going to reduce that while loads of illegal immigrants are pouring into the UK? I'm sure the whole idea is to provide an excuse to hammer us poor tax-payers."

So now you know, amongst their many other crimes, global warming can also be laid at the feet of immigrants
