Earnie Was Our Van Nistleroy....

He bagged loads of goals for Man Utd but the way they had to mould the team to fit around him and his strengths saw them achieve little and have, for them, a couple of "iffy" seasons...

So they sold him, played a more team focused formation with more players getting goals and creating chances and voila!

Earnie will be missed but yes, would be great to see some craft and vision in the team, couple that with pace, a couple of strong players in attack & some much needed team spirit (FFS, not much of an ask!!, LOL!) and we might not miss him as much as we thought.
