Course ticketless fans were a factor at Hillsborough

Scousers employed the turn up late without tickets and rush the turnstyles tactic for years and I refuse to believe that Hillsborough was any different. In my opinion it clearly played a part in what happened although there were admittedly other contributing factors.

Seems they have not learnt their lesson.
