IMHO there is a case re the decision to allow Tevez to continue playing

whilst still apparently contracted to a third party. West Ham can't just unilaterally "tear up" a contract in the way that is being suggested in the media. The points deduction issue won't be successfully challenged but if I was Shef U this is the angle I would be attacking. He has basically kept West Ham up on his own in these last 3 games and he should not have been allowed to play if what I have read in the papers is correct
