Precedents indicate a points deduction (although there's nothing quite like this) and £5.5million is peanuts compared to the £60million it's cost Sheffield Utd.

There is a good claim, and while I'd not like to say whether it'd be successful or not. It will be more interesting to see whether the Courts will fast track the claim to get it heard before the start of the new season. If they do, it's likely that a claim could well be successful.
