it's sort of understandable though

with the players we had, we sort of expected to at least be in the race for the playoffs. Keeping Ashton until christmas was a gamble that didn't pay off, replacing him with earnshaw should have got us somewhere this season but the poorness of the management (and the other players he brought in) outweighed the quality of two or three players.
