...raid the Scottish clubs. With the exception of Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen and Hearts all the clubs in the SPL are "smaller" than Norwich, and some have some real gems!

Scottish Division 1 is pretty decent too. Jason Scotland (or whatever his name is) is another I'd recommend. I signed him for a paltry fee for Sheffield Wednesday. Did great for me.
