I play a simple 4-4-2

No arrows anywhere, except a single arrow moving Earnie into the center of the strike two.

Attacking mentality, leave passing on mixed and closing down on high on everyone through the center (ie DC, MC, SC). Set your passing through the center and see what happens.

If I move into the lead, around the 70th minute I'll shift to a 4-5-1, usually sacrificing a SC (John Sutton usually) and bringing on Safri or Etuhu in MC with James Fowler moving back to DMC. I slap time wasting up, passing down to short and mentality to defensive. Usually that shuts up shop.

Also keep Jarvis on the bench rather than Chris Brown. In fact, you can probably consider selling him; I found Jarvis in an AMC role to be a great super sub.
