Several things are good actually
1. No-one has ever paid a fee for him (which puts him below Robinson)
2. His strike rate in the league is roughly one in 5 (and worse at this level). That compares very unfavourably with, for example, Peter Thorne.
3. When I've seen him play (which is not very often admittedly) he hasn't looked anything much.
4. In typical "Wrath of the Barclay" style his biggest fan is someone who has never seen him play a first team game.
