Could have the two semi-finals at the Millennium Stadium and Old Trafford (74,500 and 76,212 respectively) which offers large enough capacities whilst still allowing teams that qualify for the semi-finals to play at neutral grounds.
Would then allow the show-piece game of the English FA's season to be in front of the largest crowd in domestic fixtures that year (90,000) whilst retaining some of the romance that the FA keep getting upset that they're losing.
