As usual there's some truth on both sides of the argument, but for me
the failure to spend in the summer before our Prem season did indeed signal a "little old Norwich" mentality from the Board.
It was when we signed the Ginger Donkey as our "big target man striker" on deadline day that I realised we were overdoing the prudence and underdoing the ambition. If onyl we'd bought Deano then instead ...
