If you load it up
then connect your old phone to teh computer using the data cable you can then transfer all your contacts to your pc.
Then plug in your new phone, to teh pc using the data cable and transfer the contacts from your PC to teh phone.
It sounds like a bit of a chore, but its quite straight forward and should not take long
