Yes, but in one way it could be a good thing!

As it could cause football as we know it to collapse!

Attendances are already falling dramatically, Fans are losing interest. If they srapped promotion and relegation to the Premier League, the whole thing would become pointless.

WIth that and the new transfer/contract regulations, football could be heading for a big crash, with new regulations put inforce to create a level playing field and to win the fans back (salary caps, so many homegrown players, foreign player limit etc)
