the whole existence and operation of the Prem is geared to screwing Football League clubs.
Oh, but NOW they want something...
Of course, given past form what will probably happen is that the Prem will go the bullyboy route and threaten to end promotion/relegation between Football League and Prem unless the Football League let them get what they want.
