Good squad player at best.

I think he can do a job off the bench when we have injuries.
But I agree we should have better options as a starter

As good as Dion has been, he is best coming off the bench as either a striker of defensive cover.

We need a few more players in to challenge for a playoff place. (midfield an defence)
Selling Earnie is the most likley way we can do this.

Cardiff are putting in a challenge and they have sold virtually every decent player that has ever played for them.
Look how they shrewdly bought Chopra for 500K
The bargains are out there, mostly players not given a chance on the fringes.
Thats where Hucks came from.
