Fundamentalist christians are not generally going around blowing up trains and buildings and killing innocent civilians. I can think of one example where that happened (being the bomb in America - Tmothy Mcveigh) and he was clamped down upon like a tonne of bricks. And quite rightly so. If they were carrying out these types of attacks then yes we should clamp down on them as well.

However your reference to George Bush smacks of a "we've brought this on ourselves with the war" type of thing. There may have been many reasons behind why we went to war (many of which are dodgy as hell) but fundamental christian beliefs are not one of them!
