... really really piss me off. Like Paul McCartney donating £1m to the Xmas Tsunami appeal, but then holding a press conference to announce that he'd done it. Twat.

So anyhoo, I'm giving blood tomorrow for the first time, but I'm supposed to be out on the beers tomorrow night. Anyone know how soon it is safe to drink after giving blood? And by "safe" I mean I'm not a student any more and don't want to be s**tfaced after half a sniff of weak lager.
