He clearly knew the likes of Robinson and Hughes are clearly not good enough for our starting central midfield.
(he see Hughes as a utilty squad player IMHO)
He also probably doesnt think Doc and Etuhu are up to much either IMHO.
I like the direction he is heading, he has made a lot of rookie mistakes which I guess is to be expected.

I think loaning out the younger players is a pretty good move.
If they cannot perform at the lower levels then what good are they at our level.

Once we get Chadwick and Earnie back fully fit into our squad we start to look like a decent team.
Maybe just 1 great central defender away from pushing for promotion.
If only we could find a 25 year old Dion Dublin!
