Three Points.............

1 - If Jarvis is not deemed good enough to play instead of old man Thorne, then why is he still here? We keep getting told he is one for the future but its over 4 years since his debut and he has done f**k all since! Grant clearly does not rate him.

2 - Why does Grant only seem interested in Scottish players? Are they the only players who can understand him? Can he not remember Craig levein at Leicester? Bought half his Hearts team with him and none of them could cut it in the championship! I fear Grant is going to do the same.

3 - As much as i want to give Grant time to build his own team, and want to support him. With every game (and transfer window day) that passes i am becomming more and more sceptical. His transfer targets are hardly exciting anyone, the team do not seem to be playing for him, It took him weeks to realise that Safri (even when off form) is the best midfielder we have. Above all this he constantly criticises the players in public. I fear they have no respect for a man who shouts and screams a good game, but ultimatley was never a great player, had never been a manager before. I think the players think the same as me............Grant was the cheap option.
