Well I say that...

Having worked as an economist for the Department for Transport in the Aviation department when the 2003 Air Transport White Paper was produced. I think he could be more realistic in his approach to environmental policy. He means well, granted, but I'd have more time for him if he was balanced and realistic. Maybe that isn't possible given what he's trying to do.
