I agree with most of that but those that leave (say 6) need to be replaced

we already have a squad thinner than a coked up supermodel...we can't afford for it to get any smaller, preferably a bit larger would be good...and all this on a limited budget. If Grant can turn it all around in the summer I will be amazed but it definitely talks the talk as old git says...now he has to prove himself.
