I think Grant has got a lot of good ideas. His transfer targets have been good picks (except for the one he's actually landed! - not at all convinced by Brown on character grounds) I also think that his ideas on how to play are very intelligent, it's just that the players he's got aren't good enough to carry out his ideas.
