got shown a picture of it when I went to physio for 6 months, one main strand, one going into your arm and one somewhere else (chest maybe), so you can do all the movements

Guy I know recently paid ?1400 to sort his ab injury out as it was all tangled up from his body trying to sort it out

Know a mate in a similar position with his hamstring, who now plays centre back instead of midfield in the york league. He got told if he was at a pro club they'd pay the thousands to sort it out but tough tit otherwise
