Doubled standards?

Reading the Pink un board & official site in the absence of this site last week plus loads on here, i keep reading why did the board sanction the signing of Thorne, Louis Jean, Hughes, Walsh, Derveld etc etc, but in the next massage the board are accused of knowing nothing about football and being amateurs. Which do you want a board who lets the professionals manager, even if they are misguided or do you want them deciding if a player should be signed. Most wanted the Dublin deal vetoed
