we all know the acadamy is f**ked, i know from personal experience. But once he has cleared out the crap he can then start to rebuild. he can bring in free transfers etc, people who want to play football. It's not going to happen over night, it'll probably take 2-3years until we have a decent side. But until next xmas we should stick by him and give him a chance.
