Oh, and....

....I believe IIRC that you're only allowed to do this if the email account is ONLY for work, and the company provides other means for receiving and sending private emails (could just be an internet connection which doesn't block hotmail / gmail / yahoo mail or a separate Exchange account). Otherwise you are not allowed to.
