I'd say it's best chance is if

it is marketed as an iPod, and the phone / camera are just bells, saving you the cost of another device and having to carry two around.

It can't break well in the market as a phone to beat all phones. It has to be an iPod to kill all MP4 players, with a phone and camera conveniently attached.

I have a horrible feeling that, in 2 to 3 years, Microsoft will work the other way - from SPV to MP5 ;-) player, taking their mistakes from Zune as a learning experience, and kill the iPod.
