But the touch screen and sensing stuff has raised the usability stakes; although nobody cares too much about that, otherwise they wouldn't be using Windows ...
It's a tricky one for Apple, I'd say, and I'm not sure one way or another. It's a very cool product (looks reservations aside) and may well take a slice out of the Blackberry/high-end phone market. But high tech cool doesn't always sell when The Kids can buy a cheap pay-as-you-go with camera and SMS their lives away.
