Our Scouting Network Seems Non-Existent

Nothing seems to happen in Europe-I hear the "they need time to settle" argument, but lots of good players come over and make an immediate impact, you have to know who to sign-look at the Austrian full back Wigan got for example, settled in immediately and is a decent player. You can have the same problems with domestic players, we sure as hell have.

Grant is breaking the mould looking to Scotland at least!
